Potato Head Beach Club Presents Mr. Scruff (Ninja Tune, UK)

Sun Down Circle #003 Nightfall Series

Manchester’s Andy Carthy a.k.a Mr. Scruff is a DJ, producer, cartoonist and general all-rounder. The maestro’s music flits between funk, soul, hip hop, reggae, jazz, latin, african, ska, disco, house, breaks, funk etc…it seems the list is as endless and diverse as his creative pursuits.

Ninja Tune’s Mr. Scruff will be headlining the third session of Potato Head’s epic Sun Down Circle | Nightfall series on Saturday, 31st of January 2015. The evening commences at 9pm and support DJs featured on the line-up include DJ Lady Flic and Phat Phil Cooper, who will be spinning some sweet sounds late into the eve.

It’s the first time supreme selector Mr. Scruff (who has toured on the UK circuit for over 20 years) will be gracing Bali’s shores, and he has picked the perfect debut venue, playing at the world renowned Potato Head. The quirky international act with his enviable record collection will be performing in the intimate new upstairs club space of the beach club.
